  FABRIZIO GOLDONI   (based in Hong Kong/ China)
  Managing Director

• Having spent over 20 years living and working in Asia, Fabrizio has extensive hands on senior management experience across a diverse range of activities. Before joining Aton Assets Asia in January 2013, Fabrizio was Caben Asia Pacific Ltd’s CEO and was responsible for all of the company's operations, strategic development and growth.
  
  Managing Caben Asia Pacific since the company's inception in 1993, Fabrizio built up the company's network of vendors and resources across Asia, supporting optimal product development and guaranteeing efficient distribution, therefore securing the continuous growth of major international brands such as Chicco, PIC solution and Prenatal.
   

   

  PROF. JAG KUNDI  (based in Hong Kong/ China)
  Board Advisor
  
  Prof. Kundi is an academic / practitioner working with academic, professional institutes and commercial entities around the world. He has over 20 years of academic and commercial experience. In addition to an MBA from the UK, he holds a PhD from City University in HK and has multiple professional accounting qualifications from the UK and Australia.
  
  Prof. Kundi acts as a Board Advisor to Aton Assets Asia on strategic and operational issues as well as providing in-depth investment & research services.

  SUSAN LAVENDER   (based in Hong Kong/ China)
  Legal Consultant

• Susan is a Member of the Law Society of Hong Kong, holding law degrees in common law and European civil law as well as a 1st Class Honours degree in modern languages. She has significant experience dealing with European, especially Italian, clients in Hong Kong and China and has particular expertise in Hong Kong employment visa matters.
  
  Susan possesses a wide knowledge in Business, Corporate, Contract, Employment, Intellectual Property and Taxation. She applies her advanced legal profession in supporting the business as well as to coordinate the delivery of proactive and strategic legal services to the business.

  
   
• • GIAN LUCA BARBERIS  (based in Italy)

  • Gian Luca has 20 years experience in the Finance and Development area of Listed International Companies.
  •  
  • Beginning his career in 1990 in PWC, he served as Controller in Giorgio Armani Fashion Group, CFO in CNH Spare Parts Logistics and Borg Warner Italy. In the last 10 years he was among the pioneers and developers of E-commerce, Start-ups, Online Advertising, Mobile Marketing, Online Marketing, Web Project in Europe. In 2000 He was in charge for the IPO and then CFO of the Internet Company Start-up  DADA.net, in 2004 of Smart Phone content Platform Wireless Solutions  and in 2011 of Amazon.it.

  • His experience is not only limited in performing WEB Business Models and Marketing strategies but also M&A,  Due Diligence, Investments evaluation, Risk assessment, evaluation of Know how, Joint Ventures Agreements and the related legal, restructuring and integration plans.

  MARCO TRAINA   (based in Switzerland)

• Marco brings over 10 years of experience in managing business start-ups, supply chain, sourcing and sales in the Asia Pacific Region. He was Head of the sourcing and buying department in the PRC for a European Multinational Company and responsible for the set-up of the Company’s commercial subsidiary in China. Marco holds a MSc in Economics and an EMBA in Management of Technology from EPFL (Switzerland).

  
  
  SIMONETTA CIVIDINI   (based in England)
  Marketing Specialist

• Simonetta has over ten years of strategic and operational marketing experience encompassing product management, marketing communication and international business development. She held executive marketing positions in Toy and Baby Care Industry in the Chicco corporate marketing team at Artsana Group, contributing to the launch of key innovation projects.
  
  Previously, she gained over 5 years of study and working experience in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China, becoming familiar with local manufacturing environment and multi category project management.  

  
  
  CHARLES MEDD  (based in Hong Kong/ England)
  Advisor
  
  An award winning, Creative Design Professional with over 22 years of international design experience. Charles is the managing director of CMDA Limited Hong Kong (established in 1993), taking care of all project management issues. His profession includes graphic design, product development, brand strategy formulation, as well as dealing with intellectual property. He possesses strong leadership and wide network, serving globally recognized US, European and Asian brands. He has a degree in Industrial Design and MA in Design from the Royal College of Art in the UK.
  
  He utilizes his design, product innovation, and management expertise to provide comprehensive, strategic development support, to our international clients.

  NICOLE CHENG   (based in Hong Kong/ China)
  Operation Manager

• Nicole has more than 6 years of sales and strategic marketing experience in Asia, with broad experience working with distributors, manufacturers, and marketers, to help ensure brand awareness and drive profitability. Utilize extensive B2B expertise to create and define strategies for global products and services to meet the needs of a dynamic marketplace.
  
  In 2009, she moved to the Management Team as Executive Officer, managing the organizations HR and administration activities. The position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
